This email list is maintained by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Environmental Remediation. The purpose is to allow the public to receive advertisements on procurement efforts for Engineering, Emergency Response, Remedial Construction, and other Remediation Contracts.

You will only receive information from NYSDEC. Your email address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of NYSDEC because we respect your privacy and the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) provides an exception for protection of personal information.

Using DERContractProcurement

Subscribing to DERContractProcurement

Subscribe to DERContractProcurement by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.
