This email listserv is maintained by NYSDEC's Division of Environmental Remediation. The purpose is to allow the public to subscribe to periodic notices about reporting requirements, changes in regulatory requirements, and hazardous waste training events regarding the Hazardous Waste Management Program.

You will only receive information from NYSDEC. Your email address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of NYSDEC because we respect your privacy and the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) provides an exception for protection of personal information.
