About NYSCleanFuelsStandard

New York State is working with 10 other northeastern and mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia to assess options for curbing greenhouse gas emissions by reducing both the amount of fuel used for transportation and the carbon intensity of fuels that are used. The NYS CFS e-mail list will provide stakeholders and interested members of the public information on upcoming meetings and other opportunities to participate in New York State clean fuels standard stakeholder processes. Information on the regional clean fuels standard program may be found at www.nescaum.org.

You will only receive information from NYSDEC. Your email address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of NYSDEC because we respect your privacy and the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) provides an exception for protection of personal information.
