The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has established this web-based communication service to support and enhance communication between parties interested in the Stormwater Permit Review. The listserve enables the NYSDEC to distribute information and documents related to stormwater permit directly to listserve participants.

You will only receive information from NYSDEC. Your email address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of NYSDEC because we respect your privacy and the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) provides an exception for protection of personal information.
