This listserv will inform subscribers when major changes are made to New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's website information on the Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act, including availability of forms. Periodic updates and answers to frequently asked questions may also be provided to subscribers.

You will only receive information from NYSDEC. Your email address will NOT be shared with anyone outside of NYSDEC because we respect your privacy and the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) provides an exception for protection of personal information.
