The July BOW workshop is not just for women who have never been camping before. We are going to cover many of the beginning camping skills throughout the weekend, however you are welcome to come camping and learning with us even if you are a more seasoned camper. We plan on having fun and you will learn something even if you have been camping before. The early registration deadline is June 15 so get those registrations forms in today! We are not planning a September BOW workshop this year. We had a big BOW workshop in January and that was going to be the only workshop in 2010. We added in the camping workshop to try something different, at a lower cost and in a different month. There are many people, teachers and college students to name two, who can't make a September workshop. If you can't make the camping workshop there are a number of Beyond BOW workshops planned in the Adirondacks through the rest of the year so go to http://www.dec.ny.gov/education/68.html and find some cool new activities to try.
