Center naturalists and members of the Hudson Mohawk Bird Club will be leading a walk I search of woodcock. In the last 20 years, the American woodcock has seen difficult times due to changing land use practices and other environmental factors throughout the eastern seaboard. The good news is this squatty-looking game bird is common at Five Rivers. Come join us on a search for this most extraordinary bird. This program is open to the public free of charge.
