This fact sheet is being provided by the Division of Environmental Remediation within the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). A public meeting to discuss the proposed cleanup has been scheduled for March 21, 2011. NYSDEC also is accepting written comments about the proposed remedy through March 30, 2011.
