Dear Interested Community Member, The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made a determination to not take federal Superfund action at the following Onondaga Lake Areas of Concern: - LCP Bridge Street Operable Unit 2 - Wastebeds 9-15 More information on this determination, including how to submit public comments, is available on EPA's website (http://www.epa.gov/region02/superfund/npl/onondagalake/docs.html). The fact that no federal Superfund response action is anticipated regarding these areas of concern does not in any way affect what is considered the Onondaga Lake Superfund Site.
