Directions are available at http://www.dps.state.ny.us/locations.html . This meeting will be held from 11:00 until approximately 1:30. Participants should plan to arrive by 10:30 to allow time to make their way through security and proceed to the Board Room on the 4th floor. Participants must be prepared to present photo identification. A meeting agenda will be made available at http://www.dec.ny.gov/energy/45506.html by November 13. The meeting is open to the public, but preregistration is required for admittance. Persons wishing to attend must submit their names to kamarcel at gw.dec.state.ny.us by noon, November 17.
