The New York State Sea Level Rise Task Force has completed its final report and, as required by Chapter 613 of the Laws of New York - 2007, submitted the report to Governor David Paterson, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Senate President Pro Tempore Malcolm Smith.
